The guys here did a great job to work around the IT issues.
Couldn't reserve the tool on-line as the Corp website doesn't interface will all mainstream browsers. Team member (missed his name), was able to book manually over the phone (not very efficient, but it is what is). Then the system booked tools which were not available.
I suspect the these guys must be used of this, as they worked to suggest alternatives, and find a way to help me out. I appreciate the effort and will return.
These dudes here at thomastown are great to deal with, flexible, I've rented a trailer more than 5 times now, and nothing but happy, price is reasonable and stress free if I'm running late or needed it longer, highly reccomended if your local. 5 stars from me.
